Do not upload private masters, contracts, or sensitive rights documents unless RMS requests them directly. Submit review-accessible links only.

Only submit work you own, control, or have written authority to represent.
Do not submit music with uncleared samples, unauthorized loops, unlicensed beats, disputed splits, or unclear ownership.
Include as much information as possible: artist name, song title, writer information, producer information, release status, genre, mood, lyrics, available versions, and any known ISRC, UPC, PRO, publisher, or label details.

Every creator intake begins as a first-contact review inside the RMS Creator Portal / AOS. Submissions are evaluated for alignment, rights clarity, metadata quality, clearance risk, and next-step readiness.
Approved for Next Review — aligned for deeper RMS evaluation or catalog consideration.
Hold / Needs More Information — promising, but missing ownership details, metadata, clearance notes, or working private links.
Not Ready — incomplete, unclear, uncleared, or not aligned with the current RMS review standard.
Creators should submit review-accessible private links only. Full audio files, split sheets, and contracts should remain private until RMS requests the next step.
